1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you create an account or place an order, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order history. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. If you verify by phone, we receive your phone number from Firebase.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information to process orders, communicate order status, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your shipping address is shared only with our fulfillment partners solely to deliver your order — see Section 3.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following services to operate TAZKIYA, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database hosting
• Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing (we never store your card details)
• Our fulfillment partner — receives your shipping address and order items only, to print and ship your order
• Vercel — website hosting

4. COOKIES

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. [Add a cookie consent banner if you later add analytics like Google Analytics.]

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing wear.tazkiya@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. DATA SECURITY

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules to restrict access to your data. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Razorpay/ Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
