This page explains what TAZKIYA collects, why it is collected, and how it is used to run the store and support your orders.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order history. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. If you verify by phone, we receive your phone number from Firebase.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information to process orders, communicate order status, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Firebase for authentication and database functions, Razorpay or Stripe for payment processing, our fulfillment partners for shipping, and Vercel for hosting.

4. COOKIES

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing wear.tazkiya@gmail.com.

6. DATA SECURITY

We use Firebase Authentication and secure backend rules to restrict access to your data. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers, and we never store your full card number.
