1. ORDERS

By placing an order on tazkiya.store you confirm the shipping details and size selected are correct. Limited drops sell out and are not restocked unless explicitly stated. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is verified.

2. PRICING

Prices shown outside India are estimates converted for your convenience; the actual charge is processed in the currency and amount shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

3. SHIPPING

Domestic orders dispatch within 24–48 hours. International shipping times vary by destination. Customs duties for international orders, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unworn items with tags attached may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.

5. CUSTOM DESIGNS

You are responsible for ensuring any artwork you upload does not infringe copyright, trademark, or any third party's rights. TAZKIYA reserves the right to refuse to print any design that is offensive, illegal, or infringing.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at wear.tazkiya@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TAZKIYA is not liable for delays caused by our courier or fulfillment partners beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. GOVERNING LAW
