These terms govern your use of TAZKIYA and the purchases placed through the store.

1. ORDERS

By placing an order on tazkiya.store you confirm the shipping details and size selected are correct. Limited drops sell out and are not restocked unless explicitly stated.

2. PRICING

Prices shown outside India are estimates converted for convenience. The actual charge is processed in the currency and amount shown at checkout.

3. SHIPPING

Domestic orders usually dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. International shipping times vary by destination, and customs duties remain the customer responsibility unless stated otherwise.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unworn items with tags attached may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. CUSTOM DESIGNS

You are responsible for ensuring any artwork you upload does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights. TAZKIYA may refuse designs that are offensive, illegal, or infringing.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at wear.tazkiya@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TAZKIYA is not liable for delays caused by courier or fulfillment partners beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable local venue for the business.
